Rental Property Restrictions

Please notice that our properties all have a mximum number of occupants allowed. This is a policy we adhere to strictly as the water and septic systems on the island are fragile. It is important to note that smoking and pets (unless specified) are not allowed on any of the properties. We apologize for the inconvenience, but once again need to take a firm stance in this regard.

The rental properties do not have a scheduled cleaning service and thus it is the responsibility of departing tenants to leave homes in suitable condition for incoming tenants. If you prefer to hire a cleaner we can arrange this for you with charges deducted from your security deposit. Please note cleaning is required in every property that has a rental contract for less than a week stay.

In addition to a $500 security deposit, a $50 booking fee will be added to all reservations.
